You’ve arrived somewhere late and you want to book a last minute trip or you’ve already booked something with us and you’ve forgot the pickup time or maybe you’re just lost. Not a problem the Gypsies are contactable anytime. And if you lose your vouchers not a problem, we will always re send them without any hassle or charge.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. A small 2% will be charged on top when using an international or national VISA or Mastercard. We never keep credit card details and payments are safely taken over the phone or email. You are also welcome to pay via bank transfer if that is easier for you.
We always recommend you arrange travel insurance for the duration of your trip and it is always your responsibility to organise your own travel insurance.
Some tours will charge an extra cost like a reef tax, national park fee, levy or sleeping bag hire. Nothing is hidden on our website tough, so we will always clearly notify you of any extra costs, so there is never a nasty surprise. All extra costs will always be clearly listed on our website and on your vouchers.
The majority of our tours are targeted at 18-35 year old backpacker travellers. However we do also specialise in tours for the more mature age range, couples and families. The Gypsy will always match the perfect tour for any age group.
We always advise you reconfirm your tours, if you need any assistance with this just give us a call and we will help.
Australia is famous for our amazing weather, but even here we can experience the odd storm or high wind warning. So if your trip is cancelled due to weather, we will do our best to move you onto the same or similar trip on another day. If this isn’t possible and the tour operator has offered a full refund, Gypsy will refund the full amount back to you! We appreciate the disappointment associated with trips getting cancelled due to weather, so it’s only fair you aren’t left out of pocket.
This will be entirely up to the tour operator, Gypsy will assist you in any way possible should your travel plans change. We won’t charge you for any change of dates if the tour operator doesn’t charge us. However cancellations will usually incur a 50% – 100% charge.
